Welcome to Cashunix! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Cashunix's Website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Cashunix if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Accounts & Registration

To use our earning features, you must create an account. You agree to the following rules regarding your account:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service.
• One Account Policy: You are strictly limited to one account per person, household, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to abuse the referral system or offerwalls is strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information during the registration process.

2. Prohibited Activity (Zero Tolerance)

Cashunix maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud to protect our advertisers. The following activities will result in an immediate, permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings:

• VPN & Proxies: Using a VPN, VPS, Proxy, or any masking software to hide or alter your real IP address/location.
• Emulators: Using software (such as Bluestacks, Nox, etc.) to simulate a mobile device on a computer.
• Disposable Emails: Registering with temporary or "burner" email addresses.
• Automation: Using scripts, bots, auto-clickers, or macros to complete tasks.
• Chargebacks: Completing a "Paid Offer" (e.g., buying a product) and then requesting a refund/chargeback from the merchant while keeping the Cashunix reward.

3. Earning Rewards & Payments

Cashunix connects users with third-party advertisers ("Offerwalls").

• Verification: We reserve the right to place any withdrawal on hold for up to 72 hours for manual security review.
• Offerwall Disputes: If you complete an offer but do not receive credit, you must contact the Offerwall provider directly (e.g., BitLabs, CPX). Cashunix does not control the crediting process of third-party advertisers.
• Currency: "Coins" or "Points" on our platform have no real-world cash value until they are successfully withdrawn via our supported payment methods.

4. Inactivity & Account Deletion

To maintain database performance, we reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for 180 consecutive days (6 months).

• "Inactive" is defined as failing to log into the account.
• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, and any unwithdrawn balance will be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Cashunix and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Cashunix. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Cashunix for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cashunix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
